The mission of the Survey Research Center is to: provide survey research services and expertise to universities, hospitals, government agencies, and non-profit organizations; conduct methodological studies related to survey research in public health and medicine; and provide training opportunities in survey research design and data collection methods for members of the Rhode Island community.

The Survey Research Center is located in Brown University’s School of Public Health. The state-of-the-art telephone call center has six call stations for conducting quantitative and qualitative computer-assisted telephone interviews in English and Spanish. The call center operates seven days a week and is open mornings, afternoons, and evenings to maximize survey completions.
